On this day in 1958 The Chipmunk Song was #1.
Fast forward to 1975 a suitcase full of concert receipts is stolen from Ike & Tina Turner.
On this day in 1978 Kenny Jones Starts his stint as new Drummer for The Who to replace Keith Moon Who had died a few months earlier.
On this day in 1979 "Escape" (The Pina' Colada Song)by Rupert Holmes was #1 and would stay in that spot for the remaining weeks of that year.
On this day in 2000 Madonna Marries Guy Ritchie.
