It is something no parent should ever have to face and no child should ever have to endure. Cancer is an evil monster that desperately needs to be eradicated.

Vince Neil has since set up the Skylar Neil Foundation. It is a non-profit foundation whose donations go to medical, research, and educational institutions/groups/individuals who are doing breakthrough work to find cures for cancer, AIDS, and other diseases.

On January 17, 2009 The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas will host Vince Neil's 4th Annual "Off The Strip Poker Tournament" benefiting The Skylar Neil Memorial Fund.
