On this day in 1962 "The Twist" by Chubby Checker makes a surprise SECOND number one appearance on the charts.
On this day in 1968 Johnny Cash Goes to Folsom State Prison In California To record a live Album. His Record company did not want him to do it but it ended up being one of the best business moves of his entire career.
On this day in 1969 Elvis Presley began recording "Suspicious Minds".
5 months after his death in 1978 Elvis Presley's remake of Paul Anka's "My Way" goes gold.
