Peter , Paul & Mary remade "Blowin' In The Wind" originally done by Bob Dylan and released it on this day. The new version would go on to the #2 spot in 1963.

The second Movie "Help" By The Beatles is released in 1965.

Bob Dylan receives very serious injuries to his neck when crashing his motorcycle on this day in 1966.

A shortened version Of "Light My Fire" By the Doors hits number one on this day in 1967.

One of the largest Cash thefts in the history of New York happens when all of the cash earned the previous night By Led Zepplin is stolen from a hotel safe in 1973.The Money Was NEVER recovered.

On this day in 1987 Cherry Garcia was introduced to the world by Ben & Jerry's  Ice Cream. It was the Ice Cream's makers tribute to the Late Jerry Garcia Of the Grateful Dead.

After The Beatles final television Appearance in 1967 the handwritten lyrics to "All You Need Is Love" Is taken from a music stand. These valuable Lyrics were sold at auction on this day in 2005 for 1million dollars.
