In 1964 two of Gary Lewis & the Playboys Biggest hits are recorded on this day they are:"Sure Gonna Miss Her"and"She's Just My Style"

On this day in 1973 "Half Breed" By Cher went #1 on the Us charts.

The Silly Hit" Disco Duck" goes Gold for Rick Dees & his Cast Of Idiots in 1976 it would later would go platnum.

 

 

On this day in 1979 the song "Sad Eyes" By Robert John went #1.

The song "Heartache Tonight" is released by The Eagles In 1979 on this day.
